The Blues have joined a coalition of organizations that are spearheading an effort to make Cleveland great "Shoeless" Joe Jackson eligible for the Baseball Hall of Fame. Jackson, who played for the Cleveland Naps from 1910-1915, batted .408 his rookie season with the Naps. AFter his tenure with Cleveland, he played for the Chicago White Sox, and was banned from baseball after the "Black Sox" gambling scandal of 1919. |  |
